Service Counter closes and clearance procedures start 15 minutes before closing time.
Library may close without prior notice under Extreme Conditions. (e.g.: Typhoon or Black Rainstorm).
Library is closed on Sunday & Public Holidays. Special opening hours arrangement will be announced on the library’s notice board at the G/F entrance and on the Library blog.
