Opening arrangement during typhoon
  1. Library will close immediately if typhoon signal no. 8 is hoisted.
  2. Library will remain close if typhoon signal no. 8 is lowered after 5 pm of the day if library close at 9 pm.
  3. Library will remain close if typhoon signal no. 8 is lowered after 1 pm of the day if library close at 5pm.
  4. Library will open as soon as possible within 2 hours after typhoon signal
    no. 8 is lowered EITHER before 5 pm of the day if library close at 9 pm OR is lowered before 1 pm of the day if library close at 5 pm.
