Interlibrary Lending
All local UGC-funded and non UGC-funded universities, post-secondary institutions and overseas institutions are welcome to use the HKSYU Library’s interlibrary lending service.
Users can access our Library Catalogue and check the availability of materials. For enquirers or submit request, please email to libill@hksyu.edu

Delivery of materials
1. Books
All books should be picked up and returned physically to the 3/F Information Counter. Please ensure that they are in good condition and returned on time.
Books should be collected within 7 working days. The loan period is normally 30 days. A recall notice will be sent to remind the requesting library to return the item earlier if it has been reserved by another user.
Renewals are allowed if no one else reserves the items. Renewals can be requested online or by email libill@hksyu.edu.
2. Journal articles
A copy of a requested journal article will be sent to the requester either by email or by post.
