How to request a journal article or an unbound issue when they are sending to bind?

Ans:

When you are at the record display screen and find that the unbound issues
that you are looking for is showing "BND PREP" or "TO BIND",
- For "BND PREP" means the issues are kept inside 3/F information counter
and ready for binding, users can request them at 3/F counter;
- For "TO BIND" means the issues have been already sent to company for
binding, they are not in the library, users are advise to use Interlibrary
Loan Service
to obtain the materials or borrow an External Reader's Card to
access other local library. For more details, please refer to the web page
